Registered Shipping - International Orders
SingPost Parcel Direct Mail Option: Tracking options will be provided. Items lost in transit will be re-sent after investigations with Postal Provider as soon as possible.

Express Shipping - International Orders
DHL Mail Option: Tracking options will be provided. Items lost in transit will be re-sent after investigations with Postal Provider as soon as possible.

Free Shipping - Singapore Orders
SingPost Normal Mail Option: No Tracking options will be provided. Ameenroma Aromatics will not be responsible for items lost during transit. Registered Mail Option are recommended by us.

1. Order placed > preparation of items in progress > Items ships within 1-2 business days (usually 24 hrs) > Tracking number provided to customer.

Ameenroma Aromatics will dispatch all purchases within 1-2 working days (Based on Singapore calendar), unless otherwise stated in the availability tab on each of the product listings.All items are inspected ,sealed and packed. Items below US$80.00 are charge shipping according to the total weight of your order. (Free international shipping for order above US$80.00) - All international order are provided with tracking information.

Singapore customers have a option to choose free (NON-REGISTERED POST) - Free shipping option - No tracking number will be provided. In any event of items lost in transit, Ameenroma Aromatics shall not be liable. (We recommend registered postage option.) With registered shipping we will email the tracking number once your order has been dispatched

If your order is over US$80.00, you are eligible for free local / International standard shipping, if you return part or all of the order for a refund and the retained order total goes below US$80.00, we will refund you for the returned item(s) excluding the shipping charges we originally paid for dispatching the item(s). 


International customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by Oil Perfume Shop, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend to contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

Please note that DHL pays on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods, as soon they enter the country. This simple process ensures that the courier can deliver your package in shortest possible transit time. The goods are released to you only upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf. On some occasions, you may receive an invoice from DHL after the delivery of goods, for the charges they have paid on your behalf at destination, plus a small administration fee. 

Return Policy
Products which will not be Refunded, Exchanged or Returned for which the customer is refusing to pay the Tax, Custom Duty, Tariff etc, or provide necessary documentation for custom clearance

The company refund or replacement of goods is subjected to the Company DOA (Dead On Arrival) policy. Where the Customer notifies the Company of a defect in the Goods within 2 (two) days of receipt of the goods. The defect is subsequently verified by the Company's Inspectors, the Company will replace the Goods for new Goods. In addition the goods which are received damaged, the Customer must notify the courier at the time of delivery and the Company within 2 (two) days of the receipt of the goods with the necessary documentations required (Invoice and Pictures) in order for the Company to make a valid claim against the courier. Failure to do this will result in the company being unable to proceed with the Customer's exchange of DOA.

Goods damaged or defected by must not be used/ applied / consumed / opened / or tempted by the Customer. This is to ensure proper hygiene is practiced and for the safety of Customers, if the Customer is returning the purchased, damaged or defected item back to the Company. Any Goods being used/ applied/ tempered or deem any sign of application, shall not be eligible for any exchange or refund.

All goods being sent back to Ameenroma Aromatics, should be sealed and packed in a proper method to avoid further damages or leakages. An advanced notification e-mail should be sent, with a return approval by the company. All export duties/ export taxes and all other necessary export charges shall be paid by you (the Customer). All import taxation* (VAT and Government Taxation will be paid the company. All items sent back to Ameenroma Aromatics, should indicate the customer's full shipping address and billing information. If these details are not indicated, the goods shall not be approved for Exchange or Refund. The company shall proceed with the one to one exchange upon receiving the goods deemed un-satisfactory by the customer for further inspection. Once the goods are approved for one to one exchange, the company shall proceed to ship the same type of goods (one to one exchange) ordered by the customer on the first purchase.

All goods being exchange and all charges of delivery back to the customer shall be deemed by Ameenroma Aromatics. VAT and government taxation would not be included and will be paid by you (The customer). The delivery of goods exchanged and shipped back to the customer will be the same estimated delivery date as for the first same purchase for the same goods to the same location, after approval.

Ameenroma Aromatics exchange policy is a one to one for the same goods exchange. The company does not do refund unless subjected to approval on case to case basis. All products deemed un-satisfactory shall be exchanged for a one to one of the same product and not a refund.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address (additional charges applicable) or provide you with a refund option.

Ameenroma Aromatics reserves the right to amend these Conditions in respect of any promotions, offers or the like made or issues by the Company from time to time in relation to Goods.
