Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ameenroma Aromatics Shipping Process

Order Processing

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (usually within 24 hours), excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

All items are carefully inspected, sealed, and securely packed before dispatch.

🌍 International Orders – Standard Shipping

Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and destination postal services

🚀 International Orders – Express Shipping

DHL Express Worldwide
Estimated delivery: 3–5 working days
Tracking provided
Faster customs clearance compared to standard shipping

Orders of USD 499 and above qualify for complimentary DHL Express shipping.
Complimentary shipping may not apply to remote or restricted destinations where DHL surcharges are imposed.


Important Notes on Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, public holidays, peak seasons, or local postal delays.

Ameenroma Aromatics is not responsible for delays caused by customs or destination postal authorities.


International Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) unless otherwise stated.

This means:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and any other charges imposed by your local authorities are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges are payable directly to your local courier or customs authority.

DHL Express Worldwide

For express shipments, DHL may pay duties and taxes on your behalf to speed up customs clearance. You may receive an invoice before or after delivery, which may include:

  • Customs duties and taxes

  • A small administration or advancement fee

These charges are outside our control and are non-refundable.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order.


Returns, Exchanges & DOA Policy

No Returns / Refunds for Customs Refusal

Orders will not be refunded or exchanged if delivery fails due to:

  • Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or related fees

  • Failure to respond to courier or customs requests


Damaged or Defective (DOA) Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of receiving the item

  • Please email sales@ameenroma.com with:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Photos of the packaging and invoice (if applicable)

The item must:

  • Be unused

  • Not opened, applied, or tampered with

Once verified, we will provide a one-to-one replacement of the same item.


Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be sealed and securely packed

  • Prior email approval is required before returning any item

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and export charges

  • Ameenroma Aromatics will cover return shipping of the replacement item

  • VAT, duties, or government taxes on replacement shipments are payable by the customer

Refunds are not provided by default and are considered only on a case-by-case basis.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at:

We will try our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • We can re-ship it (additional charges apply), or

  • Offer a refund option, subject to approval


Lost Parcels Policy

Singapore Orders

Ezy2Ship (Tracked):
Lost parcels will be re-sent after investigations with SingPost.

International Orders

Standard & Express (Tracked):
Lost parcels will be re-sent after investigations with the courier or postal provider.


General

Ameenroma Aromatics reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice, including during promotions or special offers.
